Anup Kumar Jha is a UAE-based hospitality executive, hotel owner and business development specialist with more than 25 years of experience in hotel operations, asset management and hospitality investment. Across his career, he has launched, operated and strengthened hotels, food and beverage concepts and leisure venues, earning a reputation for operational excellence, commercial growth and long-term value creation. As Partner at Camphor Hospitality Consultancy and Camphor Hotel, Ras Al Khaimah, he provides strategic leadership across hospitality investments, hotel operations and asset management initiatives.

His work spans performance optimisation, business development, revenue enhancement and guest-experience improvement. Earlier, as Group General Manager of Signature Inn Hotels, he directed multiple hospitality assets and strengthened profitability, service standards and market positioning. Beginning his hospitality career in the Food and Beverage division of Astoria Hotel and Ambassador Hotel, Dubai, in 2001, Mr. Jha progressed through senior leadership roles across the UAE.
