Anand Gupta is a finance professional based in Abu Dhabi, with CA, CFA and CISA credentials. His career spans banking, consulting and industry across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and India. His CV lists him as Executive Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since 2016, with work in budgeting, financial control and forecasting for technology and corporate services.

Professional journey & contribution

Earlier, he was Senior Manager at KPMG Qatar and Head of Financial Planning and Treasury at Media Services W.L.L. in Qatar. Roles at Ernst & Young Bahrain, KPMG Fakhro, a Dubai contracting company and Singhi & Co. developed his experience in valuation, modelling, audit and commercial finance. His work has included financial models, cash flow planning, investment appraisal and management reporting.

At ADCB, he has also identified savings opportunities, strengthened controls and trained team members in finance, accounting and Excel. Beyond his professional roles, Gupta has served on the managing committee of the ICAI Abu Dhabi Chapter and the executive committee of a chartered accountants chapter in Bahrain.
