Dr. Darshan Singh Rana is the Chairman and Managing Director of Rana Group, a diversified industrial organisation focused on green energy, sustainable mobility, advanced manufacturing and smart infrastructure. His leadership has guided the Group's expansion from engineering and construction into electric vehicles, hydrogen, renewable energy, semiconductors, aerospace and aviation. Through Erisha E Mobility, he is advancing a broad zero-emission transport ecosystem spanning electric two- and three-wheelers, commercial vehicles, hydrogen fuel-cell buses and vehicle-charging solutions.

His approach brings together technology, business development, project planning and strategic international partnerships. In the UAE, Rana Group has partnered with Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone to develop the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub at Al Ghail. Planned across approximately 335 acres, the integrated industrial ecosystem is designed to support more than 150 industries across electric and hydrogen mobility, renewable energy, semiconductors, eVTOL aircraft and advanced manufacturing.

His global vision also extends to Erisha Silicon Valley - Florida, an aerospace and aviation ecosystem planned at Keystone Heights Airport. Connecting India, the UAE and the United States, his strategy centres on cleaner industry, resilient supply chains and innovation that can move from research to manufacturing at scale. An honorary doctorate recognises his work in technology, business, innovation and international collaboration.
