The International Business Summit & Achiever Awards 2026 brought business leadership, entrepreneurial ideas and community achievement together in Dubai on 4 October 2026.

Organised by Sabrang Film Productions, the event took place at Headlines, IBIS Hotel Lobby, World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE. Its theme, “Connect, Collaborate, Grow,” brought together leadership conversations, business showcases, networking and the Achiever Awards ceremony.
Leadership, ideas and new connections
The speaker programme included CS Vijay Ojha, Dr. Samiullah Khan, CS Raghwendra Verma, Mr. Yadhu Mittal and Ms. Abika Pandey. Their perspectives covered governance, sustainability, legal and compliance matters, real estate and the role of young people in entrepreneurship.
The edition featured Chief Guest His Excellency Mr. Mahboob Taraki, Acting Chargé d’Affaires, Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Abu Dhabi; Guest of Honour Mr. Esam Saqer Al Suwaidi, CEO of Esam Group of Companies; and distinguished guest Ms. Fernanda Toussaint of Novotel and ibis World Trade Centre. RJ Faizan Khan hosted the programme.
Celebrating achievement across industries
The Dubai 2026 honouree collection includes 34 individuals and ventures recognised across construction, real estate, healthcare, sustainability, technology, media, hospitality, philanthropy and community leadership.
Among the recognitions were Dr. Azam Badar Khan for Excellence in Knee Care & Humanitarian Service; Dr. Darshan Singh Rana for the Global Green Leader Award; Mr. Balbir Singh Randhawa for Community Leadership & Humanitarian Service; and Mr. Ratnakar Kumar for Global Music & Entertainment Leadership.
Technology and sustainability recognitions included WASTRAQ’s Smart Waste Innovation Award and M Pro9’s AI & Technology Excellence Award. The full honouree collection records each recipient and the recognition presented.

Business showcases and partner support
The programme included business showcases from Vixson Vacations, BITO — Bihar International Trade Organization, and Baba Projects Pvt. Ltd., connecting travel and events, international trade, infrastructure and real estate.

Gen Z on the summit stage
Abika Pandey, a law student at Middlesex University Dubai, brought a Gen Z perspective on entrepreneurship through her Create, Connect and Contribute session.
