Ratnakar Kumar is a driven leader and motivational mentor with a strong vision for business growth, who began his career as an independent consultant for movie advertising campaigns from 1996 to 2000, working with leading names such as Zee Music, Mani Ratnam, J.P. Dutta, and several major film production houses. He later joined Bombino as Head of the Music Division, Media Manager, and Managing Director, and in 2000 launched the international music label Worldwide Records, building strong global partnerships through platforms like MIDEM, MIPCOM, and MIPTV in Cannes.
